Duties:

• Managing and overseeing the everyday functions of the finance Get-to-Hard cash (O2C), very advanced transactional reconciliation, and many others
• Creating and enforcing suitable accounting approaches, insurance policies, and ideas for O2C
• Oversee Accounts Receivable Management and Credit command operate
• Partner with business stakeholders on earnings reporting and desired support on receivables and collections
• Generate active interaction and dialogue with small business stakeholders on necessary motion for growing older receivables and/or payment challenges.
• Delivering operational help on thirty day period-conclude closing
• Building and examining periodical functionality reporting to senior management deal with all external reporting to regulators and auditors
• Making certain adherence to internal rules to O2C
• Creating and keeping a repository for paperwork
• Doing periodic self-evaluation to assure all inner controls and rules are adhered to on a timely foundation
• Supporting new organization initiatives and approach advancement
• Liaising with various internal and exterior stakeholders i.e. lender, finance, products team, new associates, Income Ops, and gross sales groups
• Doing ad-hoc assignment as communicated.

Qualifications:

• ACCA Member
• At least 5 several years demonstrated expertise in a very similar potential, ideally in a rapid-paced or e-commerce sector
• Solid communication skills and shown means to lover with enterprise stakeholders.
• Assertive and topic issue pro in income reporting, O2C, and collections
• Expertise controlling a small staff
• Strong acumen in enterprise logics
• Technological know-how Savvy, in a position to do the job with units and ready to manipulate significant amounts of data
• Self-pushed with good organizational and time administration competencies to offer with numerous deliverables and tight timelines.
• A crew player with very good interaction skill
