Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty has introduced alterations to its executive team.

Kevin Waugaman, vice president of core services, has been promoted to chief government officer of the company and Ann King, who is currently vice president of brokerage, has been promoted to president. Christy Budnick, recent president and CEO of Florida Community Realty, has been promoted to CEO of HSF Affiliate marketers, which operates and manages the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Actual Living Authentic Estate residential real estate brokerage franchise networks.
