Jim was the fourth of eight kids born to Joseph and Charlotte (Stafford) Coughlan on Dec. 11, 1950. He was elevated on a farm east of Faithful.

Jim graduated from Lomega Superior Faculty in 1969 and went on to attend Southwestern Oklahoma Condition College in which he fulfilled the appreciate of his daily life, Linda Hinkle.

He graduated with a bachelor of science in accounting in Could 1973.

Jim was a member of the Kingfi sher Lions Club and formerly served as president.

Jim was preceded in dying by his mother and father mom-in-legislation and father-in-legislation, Leland and Barbara Hinkle and brothers-in-regulation Leland Ray Hinkle and Don Roberts.

Jim is survived by his spouse, Linda of Kingfi sher daughter, Jenni (Kevin) Fosbenner of Edmond son, Jake (Dr. Kate) Coughlan of Kingfisher grandchildren Olivia and Isiah Fosbenner of Edmond siblings Kathleen Roberts of Hayden, Idaho, Charlie (Cindy) Coughlan of Kingfisher, John (Melody) Coughlan of Kingfi sher, Joe (Michelle) Coughlan of Kingfisher, Charlotte (Paul) Morgan of Manteca, Calif., Leo (Julie) Coughlan of Kansas Metropolis, Kan., and Mary Ann (Tom) Lough of Oklahoma City sister-in-legislation, Melda (Ken) Fischer of Kingfi sher, and a lot of nieces, nephews and pals.

Due to social distancing protocols, a non-public funeral mass will be held at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Kingfi sher at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 31. The mass will be stay streamed on Fb.
