She was born January 7, 1985 in Beech Grove, IN to Mark A. and Katy A. (Newton) Armstrong. She married Tim A. Tucker on February 7, 2009 in Sevierville, TN, he survives.

She was 2003 graduate of Indian Creek High School gained her business degree in accounting from Indiana Business enterprise College. She had been a guide teller at PNC Financial institution at Stones Crossing in Greenwood and previously a finance loan company at OneMain Economical in Franklin.

She was a member of Victory Christian Church in Franklin. Melissa enjoyed expending time with loved ones, living lifetime, staying energetic, looking through, bicycle rides and working out with her husband Tim.

Survivors include things like her spouse Tim A. Tucker of Franklin, IN, her young children Haley A. McAlpin (Cameron) of Panama Town, FL, Evan A. Stafford of Franklin, IN and Erica A. Stafford of Franklin, IN, her parents Mark A. and Katy A. (Newton) Armstrong of Franklin, IN, her brother James Armstrong (Andrea) of Trafalgar, IN, her sister Elizabeth “Liz” Simms of Franklin, IN, nieces Charlee, Gemma and Haddie Armstrong, Aliza Sims, maternal grandparents Dave and Mary Ann Newton of Nineveh, IN, paternal grandmother Nancy Armstrong of Franklin, IN.

She was preceded in demise by her paternal grandfather Gene Armstrong.
