Roger Edward Renwick – age 82. On Monday, December 28, 2020, Roger joined his moms and dads in Heaven. A private service of remembrance will be held for rapid family at the Dryer Funeral House in Holly at 11 AM Thursday, December 31, 2020.  Visitation will be Wednesday, December 30 from 2 – 6 PM and Thursday from 10-11 AM in advance of the support.  The loved ones is organizing a celebration of lifestyle for the summer of 2021. He was born in Flint to Edward Lawson Renwick and Margaret Ethel (Currin) Renwick on September 28, 1938.  He lived in Fenton his complete life and cherished the city he called household.  As an only boy or girl, he figured out early to make close friends immediately and relished the firm of some others.  His brief-wit and jovial nature endeared him to his household, buddies, clients and his community. He was an bold youthful male who acquired his driving allow at age 14 so he could operate on a farm.  His adore of farming crops stemmed from that younger age and he ongoing to farm crops in the region with his son and grandsons right until his dying. He ongoing to function for the farm, his family’s R&B Taxi service and his dad’s accounting business though in substantial faculty and school.  Following graduating from Fenton Large College in 1956, he obtained his degree in accounting from Baker Small business School (now acknowledged as Baker School) in Flint.  He fulfilled his wife, Ferne Pearl Parker, whilst in large college and married in Holly on September 16, 1961. He and Ferne were blessed with 3 small children, five grandchildren, and four excellent-grandchildren.  Roger had a distinctive bond with his children and grandchildren and loved remaining an active aspect of their life.  Owning coffee at the homes of his kids was a weekly highlight for him. Roger owned and operated two regional accounting firms for 60 years, R-W Accounting and Business enterprise Accounting.  He counted his customers as his friends and appreciated sharing tales with them every year at tax time. In 1970, Roger and Ferne purchased a modest farm in Fenton which brought pleasure to them each each working day. Animals of just about every form and crops were being raised on the farm and sparked an fascination in 4-H when the kids had been youthful.  Roger was on the Genesee County Honest Board and was a Good Superintendent for over 20 several years.  He also gave again to his community as a volunteer driver, Director and Board Member for Holly Volunteer Ambulance for around 25 a long time.  He and Ferne travelled all around the earth with family members and friends and could not hold out to go on their subsequent adventure.  Their youngsters share this appreciate of journey as a final result.  In the course of peaceful situations, he beloved to engage in solitaire on his tablet, do jigsaw puzzles, and observe black and white western Tv demonstrates and John Wayne motion pictures.
