Sklar Wilton & Associates Named Recipient of 2022 Canadian Workplace Wellbeing Award in Small Business Sector.

We are honoured to announce that Sklar Wilton & Associates has been chosen as the 2022 receiver of the Canadian Workplace Wellbeing Award in just the Public/Non-public Sector Tiny Enterprise category.  

The Canadian Office Effectively-Getting Awards (CWWA), offered by the Canadian Optimistic Psychology Association (CPPA), purpose to attribute and celebrate Canadian organizations that are heading the further mile to nurture the psychological health and fitness and wellbeing of their personnel with exceptional place of work wellbeing initiatives. 

“Organizations prosper when their workforce prosper. Place of work wellbeing is crucial to good results and the pandemic has illuminated this actuality. The CPPA released the Wellbeing Awards to support, celebrate and awareness-share outstanding workplace wellbeing initiatives”, Dr. Jennifer Card, PsyD, MAPPCP, Co-Chair CWWA.

“We are incredibly grateful to obtain this award for the 2nd consecutive 12 months from an corporation like CPPA who is leading the demand in endorsing a a lot more psychologically healthier society,” says Sarah Liverance, Lover at Sklar Wilton & Associates. “Recognition like this fuels our determination to Headway, the workplace psychological wellness motion we launched to honour our late founder, Luke Sklar. Headway aims to encourage small business leaders to choose genuine action to make more healthy workplaces. We imagine that’s a strong way to populate the world with much healthier human beings.”

Though modifying office society and improving personnel wellbeing can be a complicated process, the CPPA believes organizations who are getting this on are “changing the face and the foreseeable future of workplace wellbeing and need to be identified, acknowledged, and celebrated.”
