We are honoured to announce that Sklar Wilton & Associates has been chosen as the 2022 receiver of the Canadian Workplace Wellbeing Award in just the Public/Non-public Sector Tiny Enterprise category.
The Canadian Office Effectively-Getting Awards (CWWA), offered by the Canadian Optimistic Psychology Association (CPPA), purpose to attribute and celebrate Canadian organizations that are heading the further mile to nurture the psychological health and fitness and wellbeing of their personnel with exceptional place of work wellbeing initiatives.
“Organizations prosper when their workforce prosper. Place of work wellbeing is crucial to good results and the pandemic has illuminated this actuality. Though modifying office society and improving personnel wellbeing can be a complicated process, the CPPA believes organizations who are getting this on are “changing the face and the foreseeable future of workplace wellbeing and need to be identified, acknowledged, and celebrated.”
